This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old city center, where everything is conveniently close by. The staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests with luggage and providing fans on hotter days. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with spacious ensuite bathrooms. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the stay.
No major issues, everything was wonderful!

Located within walking distance heidelberg university. I had coffee at Cafe Schafheutle, located within 5 minutes walk.

This is an old but good hotel. Quite centrally located in Heidelberg, so very convenient. The rooms were clean and decent, furnishing is quite ok. The staff were good, helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory.
It lacks the pomp and decor of a modern hotel. There is no lift. The hotel is right at the centre, so as expected, parking is not available. Public parking would cost 10 Euros per day.

This hotel is located right in the middle of everything, in the pedestrian area of the charming old city center. It's perfect for exploring all the sights, shops, and restaurants that Heidelberg has to offer. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always pointing you in the right direction for the best experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that adds a touch of luxury. Plus, the breakfast is included, so you can start your day off right without any extra cost.
All in all, this hotel was just OK, with no major issues.

The staff were extremely helpful and freindly, the hotel was clean, breakfast included was very good, had a nice cosy feeling. I personally loved that the location is central in the shopping area, - roll out of bed - coffee and start shopping !

The room was large (four of us inc 2 teenagers), clean and good bathroom. Very central which was useful as we were only passing through so wanted somewhere we could instantly get the feel of the city.
There was a lot of noise from the street, despite one of the reviews saying you couldn't hear a thing through the double glazing - not true! Woke several times during the night.

During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms of this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including delicious cakes and fresh fruit. Its location was also a positive aspect, as it was easy to stroll to the main square and enjoy the charming city.

The central location right in the old town, with access to shopping, sites, transport and walks.
The only downside in the stay is the amplified street noise late into the night especially on weekend and public holidays.

Location is very good, in the pedestrian area, breakfast very diverse and delicious, nice staff offering any information you need.
I didn't like the noise during the night, drunk tourists screaming on the streets at 3 in the morning. The hotel don't have its own parking and you have to find one and transport your lagguage which is unconfortable. Good thing is the hotel staff reccomand you the best p dpdv value.

The Perkeo is centrally located on the H-Berg Hauptstrasse and is an easy walk to the castle and the various markets, clubs, and bars. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. The young woman at the desk made sure we were taken care of at breakfast despite coming in at five min till closing. She also made sure we knew about the Christmas Market and the one weekend only special market in the Castle garden. Overall very pleasant weekend.

-spacious double room; -large bathroom with shower/tub; -excellent hotel for walking access to old town Heidelberg and Castle;
-on walking street, could be loud on a weekend night, but if you're there to see the sights and nightlife, this is an ideal hotel.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a friendly staff member who cooked eggs to your liking. the central location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city's Christmas markets and major attractions. the room was clean and quiet, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The lack of parking provided by the hotel made it difficult to find affordable parking nearby. the room was uncomfortably warm, and opening the window to cool down only allowed in noise from the busy street below.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, breakfast was fresh and appropriately varied.
Our room at the front of the hotel was noisy at night, but it was an acceptable trade-off for its extremely convenient location.

Hospitality, Food - i have restrictions; but still Ms Yasmina and colleague took extra care to select lot of alternatives. They were always polite, decent, and helping. Helped me give directions inside the city, but also printed out convenient train timings for my return travel. They took care to see that i felt at home!
Nothing particular; I would appreciate disposable shaving set, toothbrush-paste (that were provided on request), and complimentary drinking water bottles?
